EMDR Therapy in Kingston and Virtually

Eye movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy is a powerful method for processing traumatic memories and promoting positive emotional change. I guide clients through this journey, helping them to heal from past traumas to rebuild a solid emotional foundation.

The goal of this therapy is to assist you in navigating through distressing memories by harnessing your body’s innate ability to process trauma. Together we would employ bilateral (side-to-side) eye stimulation to facilitate the processing of traumatic events on both conscious and unconscious levels.

Neurofeedback in Kingston

Neurofeedback is a non-invasive, evidence-based approach that helps train the brain to function and regulate itself more effectively. By monitoring brainwave activity in real time, neurofeedback provides feedback that encourages healthier patterns of brain function. Many people find neurofeedback helpful for concerns such as anxiety, stress, attention difficulties, sleep problems, and emotional regulation. As part of a comprehensive treatment plan, neurofeedback can support greater resilience, focus, and overall well-being.

Comprehensive Assessment in Kingston and Virtually

It's essential to conduct a thorough evaluation of symptoms, patterns, and their historical development in order to create customized treatment plan.
